Installing Mathreader in MS-Windows

1. MATHRDR.EXE is a self-extracting archive. 

2. Create a directory to contain the MathReader program,
 e.g. C:\MATHREAD

3. Move MATHRDR.EXE into the new directory and type
    MATHRDR

4. This extracts the program MATHREAD.EXE, supporting
 files (DLL's) and some example notebooks (READ1ST.MA etc).

5. Delete the file MATHRDR.EXE .
