Who needs files from this directory ?

  Only those users who have problems using the default release and
  found a special hint to copy a patch from this directory.


What do I need ?
================

  The following patches are available:

  SYSTEM  : SunOS 5.5, 5.6
  PROBLEM : 'x*7' is displayed as 'x7y'
  REASON  : Some MuPAD version use the bullet from the ANSI character
            set to display a multiplication point. If ANSI is not con-
            figured correctly, the output is very confusing.
  SOLUTION: Configure ANSI correctly or install the kernel listed
            below, which does not use the ANSI bullet.
  INSTALL : copy FILE an extract it in the directory 
            MuPAD/solaris/bin/
  FILE    : mupad_solaris_140_nocdot.gz
