About Fraction Converter...

Fraction Converter is an educational tool which helps the user learn about 
the relationships between decimals, percentages and fractions.  This is an 
area of maths which is encountered in every day life, but which gives a lot 
of people problems.

Installation...

You should have the following files:

FRACTION.EXE FRACTION.HLP GAUGE.VBX GRAPH.VBX GSW.EXE GSWDLL.DLL THREED.VBX 
VBRUN300.DLL

Place FRACTION.EXE and FRACTION.HLP into your Windows directory, or into 
their own directory if you prefer.  Place all the other files into your 
Windows system directory (probably \WINDOWS\SYSTEM).

Now create an icon in one of your Program Manager groups (perhaps in 
Accessories) by dragging FRACTION.EXE from File Manager onto the Program 
Manager group.
