i) Before doing anything you should make a working copy of this disk using DISKCOPY and then verify the copy with DISKCOMP. Put the original in a safe place. ii) Copy all *.EXE and LPEDIT.COM files to an area accessible to your PATH. The LP100.HLP needs to be in the current directory in order to use LPHELP. If not, follow LPHELP with the path\filename, e.g., C>LPHELP \doc\LP100.HLP. Do not print the LP100.HLP file to your printer. 1) LPDEMO.EXE demonstrates creating and solving the EXAMPLE.LP problem. This will take about 5 minutes and will get you started. Then run LPHELP or read LP100.TXT (or print it). 2) LPHELP.EXE consists of 63 screens that describe the entire LP100 package. An index selection screen and cross-references are available. LP100.TXT is similar to the data in LP100.HLP. 3) Three example data files, one of which is also in Lotus 1-2-3 format, and one output file, in WKS format, are also included.
