What is POLYROOT?

          POLYROOT is a program on finding the real roots of
polynomials with real coefficients.  This subject is studied from
high school through higher education, polynomials with their special
properties and applications are often studied.  One of the principal
task is to find roots of polynomial equations.  This task can be
tedious and time consuming.  Finding rational roots involves a
considerable number of repetitive, simple, but dull operations,
especially if the coefficients of the leading and constant terms are
large.  In Numerical Analysis, another important area of computer
applications, POLYROOT not only gives the real roots quickly and
accurately to the precision sought, but also provides the user with
INTERACTIVE GRAPHICS that make the learning effective, convincing,
and pleasant.

The ORDER.BAT file can be used to print an Order Form.  Use the Order
form (ORDER.DOC) to order the evaluation copies or the latest
