To the users of MPP
            
                 The program, Mathematics Plotting Package, was written
            by Howard Lewis Penn, Jim Buchanan and Frank Pittilli of the
            United States Naval Academy.  The documentation and the
            computer and supplemental assignments were written by Howard
            Lewis Penn and Craig Bailey of the Naval Academy.  Because
            these materials were written by Government Employees, the
            only charge that we may make for them is the cost of
            duplication and distribution.
                 The user is allowed to copy the materials and
            distribute them to others at the same institution.  Only the
            cost of duplication and distribution may be charged.  Under
            no circumstance may anyone profit from the sale of these
            materials.
                 If someone at another institution wishes to receive a
            copy of these materials, they may send 2 blank, formatted 5
            1/4" or 1 blank, formatted, 3 1/2" floppy to
