This program will answer most questions you have
about a given polynomial except what it is. You must find the
polynomial. The degree is less than 8, the coefficients are integers,
and all the "action" is between -100 and 100. The program gives
clues to the polynomial by giving the user information about the
polynomial and its first and second derivitives(i.e. roots, graphs,
and by evaluating these at a point. Sample polynomials are provided.
