PI and e calculation

This program calculations PI and e on a MAC computer with lot of decimals. 
One can set decimals according to memory available in your mac.  Display
estimation of time needed for complete calculation and total time.  Display
histogram of decimals.  Does it mean something ?

This is a very powerful calculation on PI this application showing the
power of your MAC.  Set yourself a lot of memory in information  window.

This application should be a challenge to PC programmers.  It runs very
fast on the Mac.  Perhaps somebody can do the same on PC based in order to
estimate  the relative speed.  Coprocessor is of no help since only simple
math arithmetic is used.   It runs at a very high speed in Quadra series.
