This is a window-based basic calculator.  Other than basic arithmetic
operations, it allows for compuation in decimal, hexadecimal, octal,
or binary.  It also includes a computation of postage due.

Tested on a PowerBook 5300ce running System 7.5.3 with no runtime
errors.
