A small utility for performing operations on a single matrix.  The
operations available are the three elementary row operations as well
as computation of the determinant, inverse, transpose, matrix of
cofactors, and adjoint.  Also built in are reduction to an upper
triangular matrix or a matrix in row-echelon form going one step at a
time.  Finally, you can include a solution vector and solve the
system directly.  All operations can be done either in real mode or
in rational mode.

The program runs under both system 6 and system 7, and it is 32-bit
clean.
