MacGAP is a Macintosh port of the powerful algebraic package GAP. The
interface has one window in which commands are typed and results are
displayed. An extensive on-line help feature is included, and queries to
the help feature result in a Help window being opened and pertinent
information displayed.
MacGAP features arbitrary precision arithmetic with data manipulation in
a powerful programming environment. A selection from the table of contents
of the help manual provide a good idea of what can be done with MacGAP:

The program was tested on a PowerMac with no difficulties running.
