notes on Roman Numerals

     ro is a translator and calculator, intended for use by anyone who wants to
practise Roman numerals. It should run on any Macintosh computer. Here is a
sample session, where "ro>>" is the prompt, followed on that line by what the
user typed, and on the next line by the output:
