Roman Numerals is a simple program to convert or do arithmetic on Roman
numerals.  Answers are given in modern decimal notation.  The interface is
a command line with text-based output.  It is possible to perform arithmetic
with Roman numerals and decimal numbers used together.

Tested on a PowerMac 7100 running system 7.5.1 with no problems.
