Create arithmetic worksheets.  Each worksheet generated consists of 25 problems
on a single arithmetic operation.  When the worksheet is printed, both the
worksheet itself and the solution worksheet are printed.  Each worksheet is
assigned a number to aid in keeping track of the worksheet solutions.  A 3-page
DOCMaker manual is included.

Tested on a PowerMac 7100 running system 7.5.1.
