Visualizing functions: An interactive Intermediate Algebra Text



Designed to help both college students in remedial mathematics classes and 

others interested in better understanding of functions and their graphs 

this interactive text will consist of stand alone units where topics arc 

demonstrated using animation and other visual cues. The focus will be on 

user exploration or review activities and on real world applications. 

Online support is to be provided in the form of a glossary and pop-up 

screens with additional explanation. Check point exercises and solutions, 

as well as those for additional practice will be available.
