Applying to Project NExT

Information about Project NExT: General information about the Project NExT program, including a list of the workshops in the Fellowship year, the types of sessions in the workshop, costs associated with participation in Project NExT, and other useful information, may be found on the background page. You should read this before applying for Project NExT.

Eligibility Faculty for whom the 2009-2010 academic year will be the first or second year of full-time teaching at the college/university level (after receiving the Ph.D.) are invited to apply to become Project NExT Fellows. Approximately seventy Project NExT Fellows will be selected for the 2009-2010 year. If you have questions about whether you are eligible to apply to Project NExT, please consult the Project NExT applicants' FAQ. Applications for each group of Project NExT Fellows are accepted in the spring prior to the beginning of the fellowship year.

Application Procedure: Applications must be received by Friday, April 17, 2009. Starting in 2009 we are accepting applications only on-line. Before applying you should read the applicant's FAQ. Then, to apply, fill out the on-line application form.

Applicants will be notified no later than June 1, 2009 whether they have been selected as Project NExT Fellows.
