Our WebCalc course provides on-line text, tutorials and randomized
quizzes for the teaching of calculus. The course may be previewed
using Scientific Notebook at the location
http://www.math.tamu.edu/~webcalc/mindex.tex . Our students read the text
while the instructor circulates and answers questions. With two years
experience, we have seen the roll of the teacher change from lecturer to
mentor and guide. My talk will emphasize the randomized tutorials and
quizzes.
