Parking: Park in the garage next to the University Center where most of the activities of the first three days will be held. You can view the maps of campus and obtain directions to campus from this UTK site. If the garage is full then go to the booth at the entrance to Circle Park Drive which is the front entrance to Andy Holt Tower, Student Services and Communications Building. They will provide you with a parking permit for $4.
